By accessing and using Metric On ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Metric On provides business intelligence, inventory management, and operational tools for local businesses. The Service includes sales tracking, recipe management, staff scheduling, expense tracking, and analytics dashboards.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider (Stripe). You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable law, or to upload malicious content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its logo, design, and software, is the property of Metric On and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metric On shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
